Burlingame Meta Store Return Policy
Our standard return policy is 30 days from date of purchase. Once a product is returned, a refund to your original payment method will be issued. Note that products which are stated to be non-returnable at the time of your purchase may not be returned.
If you purchased a product from store.meta.com and would like to return it in person, you may return it at our Burlingame store if it has been 30 days or less from your date of purchase. Additionally, any product you purchased in our Burlingame store may be returned by following the process at https://store.facebook.com/returns/ if it has been 30 days or less from your date of purchase and you paid using a credit card or other electronic means. Purchases made using cash may only be returned at our Burlingame store.
All returns require a proof of purchase, either in the form of a receipt or a valid order number.
Please ensure that all products being returned are repackaged with all parts and materials included in the original packaging when you purchased it, including all cords, adapters and manuals.
If you are returning a product with a gift receipt at our Burlingame store, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment for the product.
Only products which have been purchased directly from Meta, either at store.meta.com or in the Burlingame store, can be returned to us. Meta products purchased through other retailers should be returned in accordance with such retailers return policy.
We stand behind all of our products. If it’s been less than 30 days from your date of purchase, use the process above to return your defective or flawed product. If it’s been more than 30 days since your date of purchase, please Contact support to return the product. See our Limited Warranty for additional details. For third party products which are defective or flawed, please contact the manufacturer of the product in accordance with the warranty provided with your purchase (if any) if it has been more than 30 days since your date of purchase.
